How to book a Student Meeting Room

The Library has a number of meeting rooms bookable by Leeds Beckett University students for group work which needs some privacy, for example to practice a presentation.

  • There are 14 student meeting rooms in the Sheila Silver Library, City Campus for groups of students to book.  These are of various sizes for between 4 and 10 students.
  • There are 8 student meeting rooms in the Headingley Library.  These are of various sizes for between 4 and 8 students.
  • A group of students must comprise of at least 4 people and as a group you can book up to 2-hours of meeting room space across both campuses each day.
  • All student meeting rooms have access to either a display screen which can be connected to a laptop or a desktop PC for the group to use.
